Scope of Work

Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), daily news-driven content production, video production and coverage, presidential communication videos, event coverage, graphic design for invitations and social media materials, social media coverage of institutional activities, Facebook Events management, Google & Meta advertising campaigns (as needed), and copywriting.

Project Overview

Since 2024, DigiGlow Media has been responsible for managing and developing the digital communication strategy of the Professional Chamber of Thessaloniki, supporting its role as a central institutional information hub for the professional community.
A structured multi-platform content system was established to deliver near-daily updates focused on news, announcements and developments directly affecting professionals and businesses. Strategic copywriting ensures clarity, accuracy and consistency across all institutional communication.

Plan of Action

Video production plays a central role in the communication framework. DigiGlow Media produces official video content featuring the Chamber’s President, ensuring direct and authoritative communication with the professional community. 

 

On-site filming is also conducted whenever institutional presence, announcements or initiatives require visual documentation.

The team regularly attends and covers Chamber events, producing video content and real-time social media reporting to extend reach and public engagement. Facebook Events are created and managed for seminars, conferences and institutional activities to support participation and visibility.

 

Graphic design support is provided across communication needs, including invitations, promotional materials and visual content for digital platforms, maintaining a consistent and professional institutional identity.

When required, targeted Google and Meta advertising campaigns support awareness initiatives, announcements and event promotion, expanding reach and engagement among professionals.
