Project Goal

Strengthen collaboration, competitiveness, sustainability and innovation within the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI), supporting their green, digital and social transition through policy improvement and ecosystem development.

Scope of Work

Primary and secondary research design and implementation, ecosystem mapping of stakeholders and organizations, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis (surveys and focus groups), benchmarking of European best practices, participatory workshop design, foresight scenario development, stakeholder co-creation processes, strategic policy recommendations and analytical reporting.

Project Overview

CCSI4CCSI focuses on strengthening the resilience and long-term sustainability of the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries through interregional cooperation, knowledge exchange and policy improvement within the INTERREG EUROPE 2021–2027 framework.

DigiGlow Media contributed to the project through research, strategic analysis and stakeholder engagement processes supporting evidence-based policy development.

 

The work included the design and implementation of both primary and secondary research examining the structure, challenges and opportunities of the cultural and creative ecosystem. A comprehensive mapping of stakeholders, organizations and sector actors was conducted to understand the dynamics and interconnections within the ecosystem.

 

Quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analyzed through surveys and focus groups, providing structured insights into sector needs, innovation capacity and development potential. European benchmarking activities identified best practices and policy approaches applicable to regional development strategies.

 

Participatory workshops were designed and facilitated to support foresight scenario development, enabling stakeholders to collaboratively explore future pathways for the sector. Co-creation processes supported the formulation of shared strategic directions and policy priorities.

 

The work concluded with the development of strategic recommendations and a comprehensive analytical policy report aimed at strengthening regional governance frameworks and supporting sustainable economic and social development.

Conclusion

Through research-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration and strategic foresight, the project contributes to the development of a stronger, more innovative and resilient cultural and creative ecosystem across participating regions.
