Press conferences were organized and executed with full journalistic coordination, invitation management and post-event reporting.
Media visibility was strengthened through the strategic planning and promotion of television and radio interviews, while a structured sponsorship plan was developed to secure in-kind partnerships (refreshments, snacks and event support services).
DigiGlow Media also designed and coordinated a high-level panel discussion featuring 4–5 speakers and a moderator from the journalistic and institutional sector, reinforcing the exhibition’s public relevance and thought leadership positioning.
In 2025, live social media coverage was implemented as an additional communication layer. Real-time video interviews were conducted with exhibitors during the event, edited on-site and published instantly across digital platforms.
