Project Goal

Strengthen public visibility, expand media reach and enhance the institutional and commercial positioning of the TechSaloniki exhibition.

Scope of Work

Press conference organization, media communication strategy, press release development and distribution (including APE-MPE), panel discussion design and coordination, interview planning (TV & radio), sponsorship strategy development, in-kind sponsor management, public relations strategy, social media coverage (2025), real-time video production and editing, exhibitor interview content, copywriting and event communication management.

For three consecutive years (2023, 2024 and 2025), DigiGlow Media provided integrated communication and event organization services for TechSaloniki, contributing to the strategic growth and public positioning of the technology exhibition.

Plan of Action

A comprehensive communication framework was developed, including the creation and distribution of press releases to national media outlets and subscription-based services such as APE-MPE. Press conferences were organized and executed with full journalistic coordination, invitation management and post-event reporting.

 

Media visibility was strengthened through the strategic planning and promotion of television and radio interviews, while a structured sponsorship plan was developed to secure in-kind partnerships (refreshments, snacks and event support services).

 

DigiGlow Media also designed and coordinated a high-level panel discussion featuring 4–5 speakers and a moderator from the journalistic and institutional sector, reinforcing the exhibition’s public relevance and thought leadership positioning.

 

In 2025, live social media coverage was implemented as an additional communication layer. Real-time video interviews were conducted with exhibitors during the event, edited on-site and published instantly across digital platforms. 

 

The content followed an interview-style format, giving voice to participating companies and amplifying the exhibition’s ecosystem in real time.

Conclusion

Through structured public relations strategy, media activation, live content production and institutional positioning, TechSaloniki strengthened its visibility, expanded audience reach and reinforced its role within the regional technology landscape.
