Plan of Action

Within the framework of the project, DigiGlow Media was responsible for the design and operational execution of a two-day international partner meeting held in Thessaloniki on 27–28 September, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange among project stakeholders.

The role included identifying and securing a fully equipped and accessible venue capable of supporting technical presentations and collaborative sessions. Comprehensive logistics coordination ensured seamless management of catering services, including coffee breaks, light meals and a formal networking dinner.

An educational study visit was designed and implemented as part of the programme, providing participants with structured exposure to relevant local contexts and practical insights. Transportation arrangements and specialized guided tours were coordinated to support the learning experience.

Operational management covered all organizational and technical aspects for approximately 30 international participants, ensuring smooth programme flow and high-quality technical support throughout the meeting.

Accessibility was a key priority, with infrastructure and facilities arranged to ensure full participation of individuals with disabilities.

Conclusion

Through structured coordination, inclusive planning and high-level operational execution, DigiGlow Media supported effective collaboration and knowledge exchange within the CityCLIM project framework.
